Qualifications
- 6+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 4 years in Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation (2020 or later), from blueprint to go-live and hypercare
- Experience supporting AR in retail, multi-store, or franchise businesses
- Knowledge of retail revenue, store cash/collection processes, customer credit, and membership programs
- Experience integrating AR with POS, payment gateways, or omnichannel sales platforms
