TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Responsibilities
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
- Source and attract qualified technical candidates through various recruitment channels
- Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience
- Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the entire recruitment process
- Familiarity with hiring for IT and technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, SAP Consultants, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.) is an advantage
- Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
